The virtual machine bandwidth allocation method comprises the following steps: 1, specifying a network QoS index of an OpenStack cloud platform application; step 2, determining an ARIMA prediction model; 3, calculating an effective bandwidth based on the QoS of the application accordingto the statistical characteristics of the application flow; 4, predicting the network load state of the virtual machine in the next period according to the effective bandwidth; and 5, allocating thebandwidth by the network load state of the virtual machine according to different allocation strategies.
