The method comprises the steps of receiving an exchange file uploaded by aservice server; wherein the exchange file carries a target bank identifier; determining a storage object type identifier according to the target bank identifier; when the storage object type identifier represents a cloud storage space, searching a configuration file preset for the target bank identifier by calling a packaged configuration file query toolkit; extracting cloud storage space accessparameters from the configuration file; and uploading the exchange file to a cloud storage space corresponding to the target bank identifier by calling the packaged configuration file query toolkit and the cloud storage space access parameter.
