The method comprises the following steps: determining first MESH equipment with a communication fault in all MESH equipment; determining a first intercom relay group where a first intercom relay station corresponding to the first MESH equipment is located, and determining at least one second intercom relay station located in the first intercom relay group; determining a second MESH equipment spaced apart from the first MESH device by a preset distance; forwarding the first audio data sent by the first intercom relay station to each second intercom relay station through second MESH equipment; wherein the first audio data is data generated after a first intercom relay station converts a received first audio signal, and the first audio signalis sent by a first interphone; and restoring the first audio data to the first audio signal through the second intercom relay station.
