The method comprises the following steps: in response tostarting of an application program in each electronic device, judging whether each electronic device is activated or not; if not, acquiring unique feature information of each electronic device, signing the device information through the product key, and sending the signed and encrypted device information to the voice dialogue platform to request activation; receiving an encrypted device key returned by the voice conversation platform; obtaining a device key after decryption, and completing authorization activation of each electronic device based on the device key; and counting the informationof all electronic devices using the voice dialogue product provided by the voice dialogue platform. The embodiment of the invention further provides an authentication and authorization system for theelectronic equipment of the voice conversation platform. According to the embodiment of the invention, the information of each device can be obtained by using device-level authentication, the maintenance direction in the later period is clear, refined management and control are realized, and the time consumed in authentication is reduced.
