The display substrate comprises a substrate body, a light-emitting structure layer arranged on the substrate body, a color film layer which is arranged on a light-emitting side of the light-emitting structure layer and comprises a plurality of sub-pixels, and a pinhole film structure layer arranged on the light-emitting side of the color film layer, wherein the pinhole film structure layer comprises a plurality of amplification structures, the amplification structures are in one-to-one correspondence with the sub-pixels, orthographic projections of the amplification structures on the substrate are located in orthographic projections of the corresponding sub-pixels on the substrate, and the amplification structures are used for amplifying images of the corresponding sub-pixels. The display substrate is advantaged in that the amplification structure amplifies the images of the sub-pixels to obtain the virtual images and then outputs and displays virtual images, so gaps between the images of the adjacent sub-pixels are eliminated, and the screen window effect is reduced or eliminated.
