Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a retrieval method, which comprises the following steps of: carrying out FAQ (Failure Avoidance Query) retrieval on a frequently asked question according to ato-be-retrieved question to obtain an FAQ retrieval result; performing table retrieval according to the to-be-retrieved problem to obtain a table retrieval result; and sorting the FAQ retrieval resultand the table retrieval result to determine an answer corresponding to the to-be-retrieved question. According to the embodiment of the invention, the combination of FAQ retrieval and table retrievalis adopted, so that the range of searchable questions can be expanded, the obtained answers more accord with the intention of the user, and the retrieval requirements of the user in more aspects canbe met.
