The invention discloses a network distribution method and system for an intelligent lamp, the intelligent lamp and a computer readable storage medium, and the system comprises a terminal which is usedfor transmitting a first UDP broadcast packet every other preset duration when a network distribution request is received, wherein the first UDP broadcast packet comprises distribution network data;a intelligent lamp which is used for receiving the first UDP broadcast packet when receiving a network distribution command, completing network distribution operation by utilizing the network distribution data, and sending the network distribution data and an equipment identifier of the intelligent lamp to the server; and a server which is used for binding the intelligent lamp by using the distribution network data and the equipment identifier. Therefore, according to the network distribution system of the intelligent lamp provided by the invention, the network distribution speed and success rate of the intelligent lamp are improved.
