Abstract

The invention provides a tundish roasting device and a control method thereof. The tundish roasting device comprises a burner, a control device and a temperature detection device, wherein a burning chamber opened outward is arranged in the burner; a gas transportation device and an air transportation device communicating to the burning chamber are arranged on the burner; the control device is connected to the gas transportation device and the air transportation device; the temperature detection device is connected to the control device. The temperature detection device is used for detecting acurrent roasting temperature of a tundish refractory material. The control device comprises a storer which stores a corresponding relationship between the roasting time of the tundish refractory material and an ideal roasting temperature and a controller of controlling flows of the gas transportation device and the air transportation device according to the corresponding relationship to adjust thecurrent roasting temperature. The embodiment of the invention provides the tundish roasting device capable of adjusting the roasting temperature of the tundish refractory material automatically and preventing collapse of the refractory material and the control method thereof.
