Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for automatically configuring services for capacity expansion of network equipment in an SDN, which are used for solving the problems that the operation is relatively tedious and errors are easy to occur when the service configuration is performed on the capacity expansion network equipment in a manual mode. The method comprises the following steps: determining equipment information of expanded network equipment; determining service information of a virtual service created by the cloud platform; determining a command template matched with the equipment information and the service information from a plurality of preset command templates; sending a service configuration command to the expanded network equipment according to the matched command template, so that the expanded network equipment automatically completes service configuration. According to the method, the expanded network equipment can be automatically configured, so that the manual operation is reduced, and the tedious configuration operation is saved.
