The method comprises the following steps: constructing an endophytictrusted network based on an alliance block chain; setting an on-chain and off-chain cooperative resource supervision mechanism in the endogenous trusted network to realize trusted virtual resource customization service; and predicting the flow of the endogenous trusted network based on the long-term and short-term memory model, and predicting the resource demand of the endogenous trusted network based on an asynchronous dominant actor reviewer algorithm, thereby realizing automatic allocation and dynamic adjustment of network resources. The embodiment of the invention is based on an alliance block chain. An endogenous trusted network framework is constructed through functions of a software-defined network and a virtual network.
