Abstract

The invention provides a vehicle-mounted terminal SCR inlet and outlet temperature data consistency test method, which comprises the following steps: 1) static test: when a vehicle is in an in-situ idling state, removing temperature sensors at an SCR inlet and an SCR outlet from an SCR shell, and placing the SCR inlet and outlet temperature sensors in a temperature controller; verifying the consistency of the set value of the temperature controller and the test data of the slave remote platform; and 2) dynamic test: keeping the temperature sensors at the inlet and the outlet of the SCR normally installed in the SCR, keeping the vehicle in a driving state, and verifying the consistency of the data read through the CAN network node and the test data from the remote platform. According to themethod, a static test method and a dynamic test method are adopted, compared with a traditional method of directly punching holes in the catalyst carrier to install the sensor, a test conclusion canbe obtained more quickly, and heavy workload of hardware punching and possible carrier damage risks are avoided.
