When the method and the system are used, a first abstract is used as an irreversible hash result of transaction data, a second abstract is used as an irreversible hash result of biological characteristic data, and when data verification needs to be performed on the transaction data and the biological characteristic data in the later period, whether the transaction data and the biological characteristic data are tampered can be known only by performing hash operation on the transaction data and thebiological characteristic data again to compare whether the transaction data and the biological characteristic data are equal to the first abstract / second abstract; the first abstract and the second abstract are spliced in series, and then hash operation, namely secondary hash is carried out; and when the association between the transaction data and the biological characteristic data needs to be verified in the later period, whether the first abstract and the second abstract in the splicing string are tampered or not can be known only through carrying out harsh operation on the spliced stringand comparing with a third abstract, and if the first abstract and the second abstract in the splicing string are not tampered, it is indicated that the two pieces of data in the group are original and immobile and the matching is not tampered.
