According to the control method, a differencevalue between an actual indoor environment temperature value and an indoor environment temperature value detected by an indoor environment temperature sensor is compensated by correcting a target temperature value to enable the target temperature value to be larger than the target temperature value, and then the temperature-reaching indoor unit is directly switched to the normal heating mode fromthe temperature-reaching mode according to the comparison result of the actual indoor environment temperature value and the indoor environment temperature value, the interference of the heat radiationof an indoor side heat exchanger on the detection value of the indoor environment temperature sensor is weakened by reducing the temperature of a refrigerant entering the temperature-reaching indoorunit so that a controller can control the temperature-reaching indoor unit to be switched from the temperature-reaching mode to the normal heating mode at the reasonable and accurate time, therefore,the actual indoor environment temperature is ensured to be always in the target temperature range set by a user, and the purposes of solving user complaints and improving user experience are achieved.
