A photographing control system and an operation method thereof. The photographing control system includes: a mobile terminal including a camera and a screen and having an application installed in themobile terminal, wherein the screen is used for displaying a photographed image; and a wearable device which is used for generating a trigger signal according to a gesture or an action, wherein the application program is used for automatically controlling the wearable device to enter a shooting mode, and the mobile terminal controls the camera to execute a shooting function according to the trigger signal.
