The phase shifting plate module is provided with a pivoting end rotationally connected with the phase shifting substrate and a free end opposite to the pivoting end, the free end is provided with a coupling circuit corresponding to the arc-shaped feed line, and when the phase shifting plate module rotates around the pivot axis of the pivoting end, the coupling circuit moves along the arc-shaped feed line and is in coupling connection with the arc-shaped feed line; the driving assembly comprisesa driving rod rotatably arranged on one side of the phase shifter and a transmission part matched with the driving rod; and the transmission part moves along the driving rod along with rotation of thedriving rod so as to drive the phase shifting sheet module to rotate around the pivot axis relative to the phase shifting sheet module.
