Abstract

The invention provides a phase shifting device and an antenna. The phase shifting device comprises a phase shifter and a driving assembly. The phase shifter comprises a phase shifting substrate and aphase shifting sheet module. The phase shifting substrate is provided with an arc-shaped feed line. The phase shifting plate module is provided with a pivoting end rotationally connected with the phase shifting substrate and a free end opposite to the pivoting end, the free end is provided with a coupling circuit corresponding to the arc-shaped feed line, and when the phase shifting plate module rotates around the pivot axis of the pivoting end, the coupling circuit moves along the arc-shaped feed line and is in coupling connection with the arc-shaped feed line; the driving assembly comprisesa driving rod rotatably arranged on one side of the phase shifter and a transmission part matched with the driving rod; and the transmission part moves along the driving rod along with rotation of thedriving rod so as to drive the phase shifting sheet module to rotate around the pivot axis relative to the phase shifting sheet module. According to the phase shifting device and the antenna providedby the invention, the phase shifting sheet module can be driven by the driving assembly to rotate around the axis of the pivot to realize phase shifting operation, the electrical declination angle ofthe antenna is adjusted, and the occupied space is effectively saved.
