The method comprises the steps: scanning and obtaining the current position structures of all target LED patches in a LEDsoft lamp strip and a substrate provided with all target LED patches based on a laser scanning technology; based on a luminous flux measurement technology and a pre-stored luminous flux database, measuring and obtaining luminous flux of all target LED patches in the LED soft lamp strip in a preset time period; establishing a current mapping relationship between the obtained current position structure and the luminous flux; and performing online detection on the LED soft lamp strip based on a pre-stored detection database related to the LED soft lamp strip and the established current mapping relationship, obtaining a detection result related to the LED soft lamp strip, judging whether the LED soft lamp strip is qualified according to the detection result, and outputting the LED soft lamp strip.
