The invention discloses a workflow engine management method, system and device and a storage medium, which aim to solve the technical problem that the development and modification process of a processengine is complicated, and the technical scheme is characterized by comprising the following steps of: obtaining architecture information for describing a multi-level organization architecture of a company and personal information of personnel corresponding to each level of architecture; designing a process template required by the workflow, packaging the process template into a template which can be directly called, and storing the template into a template library for storing the template; designing process nodes of the workflow, dragging and sequencing the process nodes, and connecting theflow direction of the workflow through a connecting line; calling the process template to set each process node; and determining the flow direction of the workflow according to the architecture information and the personal information, and driving the workflow to flow among the plurality of flow nodes according to the flow direction of the workflow. The effects of simplifying the workflow modification process and facilitating company personnel to modify and develop the existing workflow are achieved.
