Abstract

The invention discloses a mobile source risk assessment method for an emergency environment event of a drinking water source area, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the road segment division of a mobile source passing road, constructing a risk assessment road segment index system, and carrying out the refinement and scoring of each index; and judging the position relationship between the risk road section and the water source, obtaining the vulnerability of the water source to the mobile source, drawing a risk matrix, obtaining the risk level of the risk road section of the mobile source, and representing the risk level as the environmental risk of the mobile source running on the road section. The risk evaluation index system of the road section is constructed, the relationbetween the road section position and the water source is combined, and the risk level of the drinking water source moving source is obtained through a matrix method. According to the method, the risk of the mobile source is represented as the road section risk, and the problems of mobility and uncertainty of the mobile source in risk evaluation are solved.
