Abstract

A cable plug, a guide taper hole and a magnetic proximity switch are mounted on the plug disc surface; a cable socket, an angle sensor, a guide taper pin and a magnetic induction blockare mounted on the socket disc surface; sliding copper sleeves are installed on the front support and the rear support, and fixed mandrels penetrate through the sliding copper sleeves; an outer ring of the torque motor is connected with the plug disc surface, the inner ring of the torque motor is rotatably mounted on a fixed mandrel through a connecting flange, and the fixed mandrel penetrates through sliding copper sleeves mounted on the front support and the rear support to be connected with an electric push rod; and the inner ring of the torque motor is fixed on the fixed mandrel and does not rotate, and the outer ring drives the plug disc surface to rotate. The automatic plugging device can be applied to simultaneous and automatic plugging of a plurality of coaxial cables on a cable winding roll of a communication vehicle, a time-consuming and labor-consuming manual plugging mode is replaced, and the working efficiency is improved.
