Firstly, an auxiliary graph for energy consumption is generated, different types of auxiliary graph nodes are generated for optical nodes with different grid flexibility in a network, then an auxiliary graph edge is generated in combination with service requirements, and the weight of the auxiliary graph edge is related to an energy consumption model of the nodes. After the auxiliary graph is generated, a minimum weight path is acquired by calculation between the source node and the destination node on the auxiliary graph, and a traffic grooming strategy is selected and executed according to the obtained path. After the traffic grooming operation isfinished, the network resources are updated and the next service request is waited. Based on the energy consumption-oriented auxiliary graph, reasonable selection of different traffic grooming operations such as optical layer grooming and electric layer grooming can be realized, so that the purpose of minimizing the total energy consumption required for bearing services is achieved.
