The method comprises the steps that drawing equipment receives a connection corresponding relation table sent by a power supply network; the drawing equipment receives power utilization load data, sent by the power supply network, of all the electricity meters; the drawing equipment determines wire inlet cabinets connected with the transformers in the power supply network, wire outlet cabinets connected with the wire inlet cabinets and electricity meters connected with the wire outlet cabinets based on the connection corresponding relation table; the drawing equipment draws a low-voltage distribution network load thermodynamic diagram based on the wire inlet cabinets connected with transformers in the power supply network, the wire outlet cabinets connected with the incoming line cabinets, the electricity meters connected with the wire outlet cabinets and electrical load data of the the electricity meters; and the drawing equipment monitors whether abnormal conditions exist in the transformers, the wire inlet cabinets, the wire outlet cabinets and the electricity meters or not based on the load thermodynamic diagram of the low-voltage distribution network.
