The invention relates to a polarizing module, a terminal device, a transparency adjusting method and a storage medium, and the polarizing module comprises a first transparent electrode layer which is connected with a first electrode of a power supply; a second transparent electrode layer, connected with a second electrode of the power supply, and the first electrode and the second electrode being different in output voltage; a polarizing layer, doped with a color-changing material and positioned between the first transparent electrode layer and the second transparent electrode layer; wherein the polarizing layer has first transparency when the first voltage is applied and has second transparency when the second voltage is applied, and the first transparency is different from the second transparency. According to the embodiment of the invention, the transparency of the polarization module can be adjusted based on different scenes.
