The device comprises a core unit and a pressure measuring unit, the core unit is connected with the pressure measuring unit; the rock core unit is used for enabling an experimental medium to interact with crude oil in a rock core within a preset time, and the rock core is located on the inner side of the rock core unit; the pressure measuring unit is used for measuring a core pressure value when the experimental medium interacts with the crude oil; and the pressure measuring unit comprises a piston, and the piston is located on the inner side of the pressure measuring unit and used for separating the rock core and pressure measuring liquid.
