Abstract

A method for performing a random access procedure by a terminal in a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present specification comprises the step of: receiving configuration information related to a random access procedure; transmitting a random access preamble and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH); and receiving a random access response (RAR) message. The PUSCH is transmitted on the basis of a predetermined PUSCH transmission power, and the predetermined PUSCH transmission power is based on a specific offset and preamble reception power information related to transmission of the random access preamble.

Description

technical field [0001] The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for performing a random access procedure in a wireless communication system. Background technique [0002] Mobile communication systems have been developed to provide voice services while securing users' activities. However, the coverage of mobile communication systems has been extended to data services as well as voice services, and currently, the explosive growth of traffic has caused a shortage of resources, and since users expect relatively high-speed services, advanced mobile communication systems are required. [0003] The requirements of the next generation mobile communication system include accommodating explosive data traffic, a significant increase in transmission rate per user, accommodation of a significantly increased number of connected devices, very low end-to-end delay, and high energy efficiency. To this end, various technologies such as dual connectivity, massive multiple-inpu...
