The method comprises the steps of firstly constructing a dynamic randomness model, generating renewable energy prediction data and load prediction data by using the dynamic randomness model, then optimizing the prediction data by using an inter-power-grid energy transaction model to obtain an optimization result, and by using a day-ahead scheduling model and combining with the real-time electricity price, performing scheduling processing on the received renewable energy prediction data, the load prediction data and the optimization result generated by the inter-microgrid energy transaction model to obtain energy flow data in the microgrid and between the microgrids; and finally, correcting energy flow data in the micro-grids and between the micro-grids by using an intra-day rolling optimization model according to the real-time meteorological information and the state of the micro-grid group system so as to complete energy management.
