Abstract

An apparatus and method for transmitting or receiving a physical sidelink broadcast channel (PSBCH) are provided. The method for sending the PSBCH of the first user equipment comprises the step of sending the PSBCH carrying information to one or more pieces of second user equipment, wherein the information carried in the PSBCH is used for determining a period and the number of time slots.
