The invention includes the following steps: the gateway distributes the extension number for the mobile phone when matching the gateway; the gateway registers the number of the mobile phone to static network; when the fixed telephone calls mobile phone, gateway can inform the corresponding mobile phone to ringing; when mobile phone calls mobile phone, mobile network diverts the coming call to gateway and gateway ringing; when the mobile phone leaves form gateway, the mobile phone would be logout of the call diversion and gateway would be logout of the register information. Mobile phone would seamlessly divert between mobile network and static network by using the invention. When the mobile phone call diverts to fixed telephone, the quality of the call would be improved. When mobile phone is callout by gateway, the number would be shown on coming call of the other side.
