As for the lower substrate 222 , a common electrode 225 and a pixel electrode 219 are disposed inside it, and the pixel electrode 219 and the common electrode 225 are insulated by an insulating layer 220 , and the lower alignment film 218 is disposed on the lower substrate 222 . As for the upper substrate 214, a color filter 215 and an upper alignment film 216 are provided in sequence inside it.
