Through maintaining information of route state of tunnel protocol GTP in general packet radio service (GPRS) between SGSN and other GPRS supported nodes GSN, when user initiates activation of flow (INTER-SGSN RAU) for route area updating between flow of packet data protocol (PDP) and SGSN, the method uses maintained information of route state to carry out operation of filtering GSN, which initiating flows try to use, and to deletes part of defective GSN.
