Problems solved by technology

First problem with the existing technology is that, UE cannot be paged with correct mobile identity when the UE is in INACTIVE state in CM-CONNECTED state and GUTI of the UE is changed over non-3GPP access.
Another problem with the existing technology is that the NG-RAN cannot route a UE to a new AMF over 3GPP access when the AMF is relocated over non-3GPP access.
