A negative pressure wound drainage device for various chronic wound exudates

PendingCN122582394Aefficient suctionavoid mechanical damage
This invention relates to the field of medical device technology, and in particular to a negative pressure drainage device for various chronic wound exudates. It includes a disposable drainage bag, a dressing, and a frame for connecting the disposable drainage bag and clamping it onto a hospital bed. It also includes a micro-negative pressure drainage drive unit located on the bottom side of the clamping unit to generate negative pressure inside the disposable drainage bag; and a fastener, a threaded structure, installed at the bottom of the frame, which is also connected to a moving plate via a transmission component. Through the cooperation of the fastener, transmission component, and moving plate, the micro-negative pressure drainage drive unit organically integrates the frame fixing operation with the negative pressure generation process. When the fastener is tightened and fixed to the hospital bed, it simultaneously drives the moving plate to reset and applies tension to the fixing spring, causing the first clamping plate to displace away from the second clamping plate, thereby pulling the drainage bag to form an outward expansion deformation, creating a continuous and stable micro-negative pressure environment inside the bag.

This invention relates to the field of organoid bioprinting technology, and discloses a method for preparing articular cartilage organoids, a bio-ink for encapsulating articular cartilage organoids, the preparation method thereon, and their applications. The preparation method includes: pretreating the raw material to be cultured in a basal culture medium containing a nanomedicine additive, wherein the nanomedicine additive chemically comprises mesoporous silica nanoparticles loaded with docetaxel and polyethyleneimine modified on the mesoporous silica nanoparticles; culturing the pretreated raw material in a cartilage organoid induction culture medium containing docetaxel; wherein the raw material to be cultured contains bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. The articular cartilage organoids prepared by this method have a distinct cartilage-bone bio-interface, and the pretreatment process can help maintain the long-term phenotype of the cartilage organoids by inhibiting endochondral ossification during their development.
