Abstract

The invention discloses a technology of keyboard design and a Chinese character input scheme mixing with simplified Pinyin and digital-letters. The steps of the mixed input scheme are as follows: simplify the combination of some vowels; perform digit coding for some vowels and letters; fix the combination of input codes; and perform digit coding for initials and vowels and set rules of code accessing. A specialized keyboard is designed according to the input rules of letters and numbers in computers, mobile phones, all kinds of telephones and household appliances. The invention preserves the normal Pinyin inputting mode and the basic keyboard structure of computers and mobile phones and needs smaller number of keyboard clicks when inputting the same Chinese characters. Adopting mixing input of letters and numbers, the invention can input necessary characters without switching, is easy to learn and to be skilled with the specific coding rules, therefore, is suitable for the beginners to master the input method of computers and mobile phones quickly.
