Abstract

The flowing type cell testing device provided by the invention comprises a flowing chamber, a sample injector, a reaction bath, a sheath liquid bath and a plurality of valves, wherein the reaction bath is connected with a main interface of the sample injector through a first valve and a sixth valve, a seventh valve arranged between the sixth valve and the first valve is connected with the sheath liquid bath or other pressure storage baths. The flowing type cell testing method comprises the processes of establishing and testing a stable sample flow, etc. In the process of establishing and testing the stable sample flow, the sixth valve is closed and simultaneously the first valve and the seventh valve are opened, thereby enabling the sheath liquid in the sheath liquid bath to flow into the reaction bath for cleaning the reaction bath from bottom to top.
