Abstract

The invention discloses a hand-operated stratified fixed-depth water sampler. The water sampler comprises a power unit which consists of a hand-operated clean water pump and a water sampling tube, a depth fixing part which consists of a T-shaped helical telescope tube and a round balancer, and an disturbance prevention part which consists of a mesh disturbance prevention cylinder. An operator fixes the hand-operated clean water pump on a ship, fixes the water sampling tube on the T-shaped helical telescopic tube by a pipe clamp according to the required sampling depth, holds the upper end of the T-shaped helical telescopic tube, and slowly and vertically puts the T-shaped helical telescopic tube into a water body until the round balancer contacts the bottom of the water body, continuously presses a crank handle, discards the initial water samples, collects the needed water samples and completes the sampling action. The water sampler can easily and greatly collect stratified water samples at different depths by hand operation; and the water sampler has simple structure, convenient operation and labour saving in use, and can effectively reduce the influence of bed mud disturbance on bottom water sampling.
