Problems solved by technology

Some blasting water depths may be far greater than 30m, so the intensity and intensity attenuation are more serious. If no measures are taken, not only will the unit consumption be increased, but also incomplete initiation and transmission interruption will be caused, which will seriously affect the blasting effect.

Embodiment 1

[0013] Embodiment 1, the upper sealing flange 15 of the pipe body of this device is made of steel, and the upper sealing flange 7 of the pipe body, the pipe body 9, and the lower sealing flange 20 of the pipe body are all made of PVC. Made of PVC pipe with compressive strength ≥ 1.0Mpa, between the upper seal of the pipe body, the lower flange 7 and the pipe body 9, and between the pipe body 9 and the upper flange 20 of the lower seal of the pipe body, bonded and sealed with professional glue . like figure 1 Put waterproof detonator 10, explosive sample 18, steel sheet 11, lead column 19 as shown; Detonator foot wire 16 is connected with detonating device after being drawn between the gaskets of upper and lower rubber gaskets 6 on the upper seal of the pipe body.

Embodiment 2

[0014] In Embodiment 2, the pipe body 9 of the device, the upper sealing flange 7 on the pipe body, and the upper flange 20 on the lower sealing of the pipe body are all made of steel parts, and the others are the same as in Embodiment 1. Between the lower flange 7 of the upper seal of the pipe body and the pipe body 9, between the pipe body 9 and the upper flange 20 of the lower seal of the pipe body are sealed by welding.

Abstract

The invention provides a device for testing underwater brisance of an explosive, comprising a pressure device and an explosion chamber; wherein, the explosion chamber comprises a tube upper seal, a tube body, a tube lower seal; when brisance is tested, the inside of a tube chamber is sealed, an explosion sample, a primer, a sheet steel and a lead block are arranged inside the tube chamber; water is injected to submerge the explosive sample, gas is injected into a chamber above the water; pressure is increased to the pressure of simulative corresponding positions under the water; then the explosive is detonated, the length of the lead block before and after the explosion, in such a way, simulative brisance in case of explosion under the same condition under the water can be worked out. Since brisance is one of the important parameters for measuring explosion property of the explosive, the measurement of the brisance is conducive to further guiding development on under water blasting and the explosive therefore. The device of the invention can adopt the simulative deepwater environment to measure brisance of the explosive at different water depths, thus solving the problem that measurement of the brisance in case of underwater blasting is difficult.

Description

technical field [0001] The patent of the present invention relates to a device for testing the force of explosives, in particular to a device for testing the force of explosives when they explode underwater. Background technique [0002] Underwater engineering blasting technology has been widely used in the dredging of ports and waterways to blast reefs, the demolition of water retaining cofferdams or rock ridges, the blasting of underwater rock plugs in reservoirs, the blasting reinforcement of silt and saturated sand foundations, etc. The design of underwater blasting requires data such as water depth, current velocity, tidal difference, wave height, wind speed, etc., more accurate underwater topographic maps and detailed hydrogeological data. In addition, the water and pressure resistance of blasting equipment, especially in deep water blasting, must be paid attention to. [0003] The ability of explosives to smash and destroy objects in contact with them when they explo...
