An electromagnetic pneumatic switch well valve of a natural gas well is applied to a natural gas well site and a natural gas transmission pipeline. The electromagnetic pneumatic switch well valve is characterized by being provided with a cylindrical-shaped main valve core in a valve body; a valve cover is fixed at the upper part of the main valve core; a spring is arranged in the main valve core;a pressure balancing hole is arranged on the wall of the main valve core; intercommunication holes are arranged in the valve body and the valve cover; a magnetic head fixing base is connected with thetop part of the valve cover; a pressure releasing hole is arranged on the valve cover; a traverse electromagnetic head and a longitudinal electromagnetic head are fixed on the magnetic head fixing base by a union cap; and a ring-shaped groove is arranged on the outer wall of a longitudinal magnetic core, wherein the position of the ring-shaped groove is characterized in that when the longitudinalmagnetic core is lifted upwards and then can open the intercommunication holes completely, a traverse magnetic core can lock the longitudinal magnetic core. The electromagnetic pneumatic switch wellvalve has the advantages that the natural gas wellhead pipeline can be applied to; the valve switch can be finished by relying on a weak electromagnetic force without relying on the drive of an external connection air source; the remote control on a switch well and an excessive-under pressure well by a natural gas wellhead is achieved by a control circuit; the gas source is automatically cut off at excessive-under pressure for achieving protection; and remote control for opening and closing and under pressure automatic closing can be achieved.
