Abstract

The invention discloses a call-establishing method. The method comprises the following steps: receiving the IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) service request information carrying a calling UE (User Equipment) identity; obtaining and inquiring whether calling UE has a dialogue or not according to the calling UE identity; and adopting a circuit exchange bearing with the dialogue to establish the dialogue if the calling UE already has the dialogue, or else establishing the circuit exchange bearing. The invention also provides an application server comprising a receiving unit, a judging unit and a processing unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving the IMS service request information and obtaining the calling UE identity; the judging unit judges whether a circuit service bearing exists in the calling UE or not; and the processing unit processes the IMS service request information according to a judging result. The invention can differentiate UE sending calling requests by user identity information and the UE identity can confirm establishing the dialogue between a calling party and a called party and a bearing mode.
