The method includes the following steps: packet radio data connection between a first mobile terminal and a second mobile terminal is established; the second mobile terminal transmits the display information thereof to the first mobile terminal; and the first mobile terminal conducts remote control on the second mobile terminal according to the display information. The invention also provides a remote control device which includes: a wireless connection establishing module, a display information transmitting module and a remote control module. The invention realizes the remote control among wireless mobile terminals, solves the problem that in relevant techniques, the remote control method only supports remote control among terminals in wired connection and can not meet the requirement for remote control among mobile terminals in wireless connection.
