With the private key information of endorsers and the public key information of endorsees as the passwords, an encryption algorithm module carries out encryption algorithm processing on the signature information and the prior signature information to obtain ciphertext information, and the information processing component converts the ciphertext information into signature data written into the electronic components by the read-write module.
