The first base plate is provided with a transparent electrode, two first conductive electrodes and two second conductive electrodes; wherein the first conductive electrodes are mutually arranged in parallel at two edges of the first transparent electrode; the second conductive electrodes are mutually arranged in parallel at two other edges of the first transparent electrode and are vertical to the first conductive electrodes.
