Abstract

The invention relates to a method for improving rapid differentiation and bud formation of anthurium andraeanum callus, and relates to a culture method of authurium andraeanum seedling, which comprises the following steps that: A. the anthurium andraeanum variety which is difficult to induce the callus or the callus of which is difficult to be differentiated to adventitious buds is selected as seed; B. watering and fertilizer and medicine application are stopped for one week before the seed production, and the leaf surface is maintained clean; C. the leaves which are just unfolded but is not changed are selected as explant materials; D. the callus is induced; E. adventitious buds are differentiated. Different culture medium formulas and different cutting technologies are used at differentkey stages during the induction of the anthurium andraeanum callus and the bud differentiation so as to realize the rapid induction and rapid bud differentiation.
