The compound BZT microwave ceramic dielectric material can be roasted at middle temperature and is suitable for manufacturing microwave communication elements, such as, a resonator, a filter, a base plate, an antenna, and the like. During a preparation process, a traditional solid phase method is adopted for once compounding a BaTi4O9+ BaZn2Ti4O11 complex phase structure.
