Abstract

The invention discloses an electronic label system comprising an electronic label, a read-write device and an antenna, wherein a data packet of the electronic label is divided into a guiding region and a data region, wherein the guiding region consists of eight bytes amounting to 64 bits, when the data bit of the guiding region is 1, a data field is provided with storage data, when the data bit is 0, the data field is not stored with data; the data region comprises a field number byte, a data length byte, a data portion and a BCC check code; and the data packet of the electronic label is encrypted through a DES (Data Encryption Standard) to generate data packet cryptographic texts with an equal length to be stored into the electronic label. The invention also discloses a compression and encryption method of the electronic label. The electronic label system and the compression and encryption method thereof save the storage space of the electronic label and realize safe reading of the electronic label data.
