The invention provides a resource scheduling method of feedback information. The method comprises the following steps. A base station queues the minimum PRB numbers of the PUSCH transmission resource of N users. The base station chooses one DMRS sequence from the collection of available DMRS sequences for the user UE1 which ranks first in the queue and calculates corresponding PHICH resource according to the minimum PRB number and the index value of the DMRS sequence of the user. The base station chooses one index value different from the DMRS sequence of the previous user from the collectionof available DMRS sequences for other users in the queue and calculates the corresponding PHICH resource according to the minimum PRB number and the index value of the DMRS sequence of the user.
