The bevel pinion is driven to move along the lead screw through a crank-slide block mechanism to realize the engagement and the disengagement of the bevel pinion and a bevel gear (7). A release steering engine (2) and an attitude-adjusting steering engine (9) are both fixedly connected with the trunk. Both ends of a rocker (10) are respectively hingedwith the output end of a crank (8) and the rotating shaft of the rocker. A thigh (32), a calf (29), a supporting leg (25) and a flat foot plate (26) are positioned below the trunk. In the invention, the take-off angle is changed through an attitude adjusting mechanism, the energy is stored through an energy storing mechanism, the stable takeoff of the mechanism is realized through a locking-releasing mechanism, and thus the invention is suitable for complicated environments.
