Abstract

Taking the realization of the method as an example, the method comprises the following steps that: the terminal selects a target closed user group to which a user wants to access from one or more than one searched closed user group; when a second network to which the selected target closed user group belongs is different from a first network where the terminal resides currently, the terminal establishes a wireless resource control connection with the second network through a cell of the selected target closed user group; and the terminal initiates a position registration to the second network through the cell of the target closed user group. Whether the CSG (Closed User Group) is selected over networks can be judged by judging whether the network to which the target closed user group belongs and the network where the terminal resides are different. In the whole CSG selection scheme over networks, the target CSG can be selected only requiring the user to manually operate once, and the user operation is reduced.
