The system is characterized by comprising a graphic interface module, a command processing module, a bottom layer reading and writing module and an error processing module, wherein the graphic interface module is used for providing a response interface for graphic interface operation; the command processing module is used for defining a data type and a data structure which are related to a system structure, packaging a command according to data provided by a graphic interface, transmitting the command to an intelligent card through the bottom layer reading and writing module and acquiring corresponding feedback data; the bottom layer reading and writing module is used for providing a uniform functional service interface for an inner core of an embedded operation system, designing a uniform dispatching interface between dispatching of each layer and conveniently extending and transplanting the interface to other hardware platforms; and the error processing module comprises an error definition on each layer and corresponding processing of the error and is used for acquiring an error description according to an error code. By implementing the system, digital home intelligent card equipment can provide information for the inner core through the driving system, so that the data in the card is read and written; and the digital home service range is expanded.
