Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a service booking method and system as well as a related server and client, and aims to reduce artificial participation in a booking process and increase booking efficiency and user experience. The method comprises the following steps of: receiving a booking service specified by a user and a query condition for the booking service by the server; acquiring booking object information which meets the query condition from the client which is connected with the server and corresponds to the booking service according to the query condition; providing the booking object information for the user and receiving a final booking requirement determined by the user according to the booking object information; and determining the client for handling the booking service according to the final booking requirement and transmitting the final booking requirement to the determined client for service booking by the server. The booking method provided by the invention has low artificial participation; the user spends short time in the service booking process; the booking flow is simple; the booking efficiency is increased; and the user experience is enhanced.
