Abstract

Pathogenic test results show that inoculating subculture of Leachiii mycoplasma isolate of the invention in joint of 1-2 month healthy calf can replicate typical polyarthritis and cause certain death; the dead calf has obvious constitutional symptom and obvious pathological changes in multiple tissues and organs.
