Abstract

Sterol components are analyzed and measured by using a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined method and a high performance liquid chromatography. The method comprises the following steps of: determining that the main component of sterols in the supercritical extract of the pine pollen is beta-sitosterol by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined analysis; performing saponification extraction; and measuring the content of the beta-sitosterol by using the high performance liquid chromatography. A simple and feasible extraction and analysis method for the sterol components in the supercritical extract of the pine pollen is established for the first time; and the method is advanced and good in accuracy and precision, and the quality condition of the supercritical extract of the pine pollen can be evaluated by measuring the content of the beta-sitosterol.
